IIT Delhi Hosts Delegation from the University of Tokyo

The Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT Delhi) was delighted to host Prof. Ippei Maruyama from the Department of Architecture and Prof. Yuya Takahashi from the Department of Civil Engineering, University of Tokyo (UTokyo).

During their interaction with the Director, IIT Delhi, in the presence of Prof. Anil Verma, Dean (International Programmes), and Prof. Shashank Bishnoi from the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, discussions focused on strengthening academic cooperation between the two institutions.

The dialogue explored potential areas of collaboration including co-supervision of research scholars, faculty and student mobility, joint workshops, and winter/summer schools.

Both sides expressed a shared commitment to deepening the IIT Delhi–University of Tokyo partnership and to exploring new avenues of engagement in research and education.

IIT Delhi looks forward to taking this collaboration to the next level.
