IIT Delhi Hosts Delegation from the University of Liège, Belgium
The Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT Delhi) was pleased to welcome a delegation from the University of Liège (ULiège), Belgium, led by Prof. Pierre Duysinx, Vice-Rector for Mobility and International Affairs.
The meeting began with a presentation by Prof. Anil Verma, Dean (International Programmes), who shared an overview of IIT Delhi and its global engagement initiatives. The ULiège delegation presented their internationalisation activities, with a special focus on their work in space sciences, aerospace and mechanical engineering, and interdisciplinary AI.
The discussions explored avenues for collaboration, particularly in the areas of physics, astrophysics, and geophysics, with both sides expressing enthusiasm to strengthen academic and research ties.
