B.Tech
The 4-yr Bachelor of Technology program is offered by IITD in Biochemical Engineering and Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering (Power and Automation), Materials Engineering, Mathematics and Computing, Mechanical Engineering, Production and Industrial Engineering, Engineering Physics, Engineering and Computational Mechanics and Textile Technology.
